Liability Waiver Info

Liability Waiver Info

As a company, we have to protect ourselves. With that in mind, we require all participants to sign a participation and liability waiver. Our lawyers wrote it, so there is some language that might sound a little intimidating, but we assure you, it is only to protect our company from losing time and money in the event a guest does not comply with instructions given by the guide. We always do everything in our power to keep our guests safe and have a 100% success rate of returning guests unscathed. Nothing we do is scary and we will never ask you do participate in any activity that you don't feel comfortable with. To the right (or below if you're on mobile) is a link to our waiver, feel free to look it over before you sign it and reach out with any questions.
